I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Despite some negative reviews, I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean and the pool was cleaned daily. The food was very tasty with a good selection. The staff, especially the young ones, were friendly and provided great assistance. The hotel offered a successful stay for a decent budget. I will definitely come back! I highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms were clean, the water was hot, the beds, although they didn't look too comfortable, I had no trouble sleeping.

The location was on a main road and quite a walk to the centre of sunny beach. The pool was not ready and was still under repair.

This hotel was situated very close to tourist destinations like Rumba Beach. The venue is in a GREAT position and the airport is 16 miles away.

The swimming pool was very good and well maintained. Also the central location of the hotel with the main attractions just a few minutes walk away.

The hotel is a bit tired looking and could do with refurbishment. The carpets in the hotel could do with being replaced as they were very dirty looking and worn. Breakfast was adequate although could do with being moved from the entrance of the resturaunt to further inside as people are trying to push past you when you are queuing.

The hotel had great cleanliness and the rooms were cleaned daily. The staff, especially the bartender, was friendly and attentive. The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was near the beach and a supermarket. The hotel had good facilities and provided water in the all-inclusive option.

Fantastic location, rooms are fantastic value for money, location is superb.

Breakfast selection was not to my taste.

it is situated not too far from the center, about 20 mins. nothing else that we didn't expect from the description.

(1) in their description it's written they have internet, but they don't. first time they said they don't, second time that the router is broken, same for other guests. when faced with the probmem, the manager was making a big scandal, altough we should have done that. (2) also, the breakfast was very low quality. (3) and they charged us a little more than they should have: the room rates in high season are not mentioned on their board, and they converted the euros we had to pay at a very low rate in leva (we had already changed in leva the money). (4) the walls, at least at last level, are very thin. (5) they have stickers on the hotel on the 3rd star, also on the lighted name only 2 left, three are on the papers in the room.(6)fishing?!

The rooms were big, clean, and well-maintained. The staff, especially the reception girl and restaurant servers, were friendly and polite. Good internet connection, ample parking space, and a nice swimming area. The all-inclusive deal included a variety of drinks and the TV was a pleasant surprise.

The location of this hotel is fine. This is the only good thing about it. The hotel is not located very close to the beach (about 15 min walk) not very close to down town (about 30 min walk) but for the price I think this is a good enough location.

Dirty place, rooms feel moldy, the floor in the rooms is wet, the bathrooms have mold, room service does not replace towels and bathroom soap, no internet, the tv is very small, the beds are not comfortable. When I asked the manager if the hotels has internet, she answered like this: "Are you kidding me? I have internet because I am the manager, but you are just a guest , you dont get the internet." This is how she answered exactly. Anyway, I will never go there again, I hope whomever is reading this not to go either.

This hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices. The attentive staff ensure that the rooms are clean and the basic amenities like air conditioning and a nice balcony are provided. The location, just outside the busiest areas, allows for a more peaceful stay while still being close enough to walk to the main strip.

All in all, everything was alright.

clean and big room, breakfast is ok.

Very close to the busy main road. The front desk boy can't speak english. We asked to breakfast package because we leaved before breakfast but in the morming we couldn't get it. That was very very bad because we paid it. No shower curtain, and hair dryer in the room. We always feeled that front desk team under stress. But the hotel is ok.

Pleasent stay in every way.

Fridge in the room for the extra charge. More chairs at the pool would be nice.
